Updated Videos, Stats!

I updated the videos and moved them to a new site that I'm trying out to see how the streaming feature is. I'd prefer to not have to deal with Youtube. This way too I can brand the videos incase anyone wants to use them on a different site. I also updated the layout of the stats and added a new stat counter (Avg Finish) to the driver stat page. This site is probably one of my favorite projects to work on so I'll see if I have other features I'd like to incorporate! Thanks!
